We have the capacity to advise on international telecommunication transactions and drafting telecom contracts and on regulatory issues involving telecommunication law as one of our colleagues has held various positions in leading telecommunication companies as head of their legal affairs/general counsel.  He has taken part, inter-alia, in the following transactions and legal work:

• Reviewed and vetted the tender and contract documentation relating to six rural telecommunication projects worth millions of Pak. rupees in Malakand, Sukkur, D.G. Khan, Pishin, Mansehra and Dadu Pakistan launched by the Universal Service Fund, a telecom company established by the Ministry of Information and Technology, Federal Government of Pakistan, to spread the benefits of telecom revolution to all corners of Pakistan.
• Advised Universal Service Fund on regulatory issues and on telecom law in Pakistan during the year 2007-2008.
• Advised Telecard Limited, a leading telecom company in Pakistan on telecommunication laws in Pakistan and on regulatory issues and reviewed and vetted telecom contracts between the Telecard and other telecommunication companies including various interconnect agreements. Also reviewed the interconnection agreement between Telecard Limited and Ufone, Pakistan.
• Reviewed and finalized the contract documentation of Universal Service Fund in respect of its special project to enable persons  with disabilities to use telecom services.
• Were involved during the year 2008 in preparation of the standard tender documentation in respect of project for promotion of Broadband by the USF
